Note, I have never left a bad review for a business but felt compelled to based on my families experiences at Methodist. We were 10 minutes late due to traffic driving from Elkhorn to Gretna, and they refused to see my 6 year old son for his routine checkup that takes like 5 minutes after I took two hours off of work. On top of that, every single time we come here, the front desk people are rude and condescending. I do not recommend them and I would take your business to people who genuinely appreciate their patients.
I have Dr. Bendlin, love her! Happy to be going here with my newborn:) she is so nice, and the staff is so welcoming!
This entire experience has been deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend Dr. Bendlin. Parents deserve better than contradictory advice, weeks of illness, and silence when they ask for clarification. I would encourage families to seek care elsewhere. My son had developed spots on his tongue, so I figured it was HFMD. After 5 days with no other symptoms I scheduled an appointment. They got me in the same day. Feeling very disappointed with this facility. Heard great things from a family member and I was let down from just about the beginning of establishing care here. I was only able to get one appointment here as a consult, from there when I called to make appointments I feel as though I was written off. I would leave messages with the nurse practitioner and it would take days to get a call back.
