Bad mannered people, very long waiting times, like we have the time to sit there and wait for them.
I always get good care from my primary here. The urgent care has good support staff. However, this last time I felt like my care dropped off with the urgent care. The focus should never be what you can't do for the patients but treatment that you can do. Every patient deserves a clear treatment plan with a goal of return to health and healing.

I absolutely HATE going to the OBGYN side of this office!!! Worst experience out of all my pregnancies. It's very disheartening to be told over and over you can't be seen except for your monthly appointments. This place is a JOKE!
Dr. Elliott turned me away after arriving 10 minutes late. I was filling out the paperwork in my car. I was told no exceptions. I normally wait in the waiting room minimum of 10 minutes before I can see the doctor. I've never been treated so poorly ever. I will not be returning to this doctor. Anyone who has kids should avoid this office like the plague.
