We have received great care and communication from Dr Kraft and all staff
I belong to a religious minority. Religious preferences are listed in your check-in information. After I checked in the desk staff was discussing my religion and what they felt was weird about it, loud enough I could hear. This is months later now and I'm only posting this because a friend had a similar experience recently, so it seems to be a pattern. Not very professional or respectful
Unfortunately I have experienced a few circumstances that I get charged at well child visits when the staff add additional tests on in the exam room that are not covered by majority of major insurances. I don't mind paying for thing when they are discussed as additional, but this system does well hiding hidden costs.
