Was seen there this morning and both the nurse Bianca and the physicians assistant Noel were awesome! Very helpful and extremely kind!
You’d think the Methodist health system would look into all the negative complaints this clinic gets and do something about it. But nope, it’s still ran poorly. Just a money hungry business, not a medical provider.
We have received great care and communication from Dr Kraft and all staff
I belong to a religious minority. Religious preferences are listed in your check-in information. After I checked in the desk staff was discussing my religion and what they felt was weird about it, loud enough I could hear. This is months later now and I'm only posting this because a friend had a similar experience recently, so it seems to be a pattern. Not very professional or respectful
