Although Dr. M showed concern the many times I went back to him within 6 momths, as well as my in-home physical therapist plus in- home nurse showing concern, I gave up after 7 months and consulted an orthopedic at UTSW. Dr mauira replaced my knee and after a year of pain, lots of physical therapy and not being able to get around as well as before surgery, I was referred to another Dr that had to replace the same knee because it was in crooked causing the issue. Thank goodness for the second opinion because now I have my knee back. Dr mauira told me my X-rays looked good but I never felt heard that there was an existing problem. I was so disappointed.☹️
