Suppose to get monthly clap replacement filters.It takes forever to get someone to answer phone.Most times they forget to send so you have to call back . No follow up on sleep apnea .
I have been hospitalized twice at this hospital - once for pneumonia and another time for having a stroke. Both times, my care was beyond excellent! The doctors, nurses, neurologists, etc., all were very kind, helpful, and professional. Maybe my attitude was so positive that I expected nothing but the best care and that is what I received. This is definitely my personal choice of where I want to go and my family knows this to be a fact.
This hospital is awful! When I arrive via ambulance I want to see an MD, not a NP. I was being seen for chest pain and tightness, shortness if breath and an array of other symptoms. I was placed in a room upon arrival. The NP came in after some time and acted extremely distracted and annoyed. I rated my pain, she stated she would get me something. In the meantime I had a CT done of chest and after 2 hours of not seeing a soul I was told I was being released. I asked if everything had come back clear and the nurse said the NP... read more

I don't think every person will be 100% satisfied with a hospital 100% of the time, it's a hospital. People are sick. People sometimes die. Things won't always progress how you like. But I too have had opposite experiences than other one stars on here. I have been an inpatient once and in the ED three times since they opened, and have always been treated with respect. It is a very clean, modern facility and all staff I've encountered have been compassionate and kind. I am happy this facility is part of our community. And NO,... read more

My mother recently spent time in this hospital and I would like to sing the praises of the staff on the 2nd floor. My mom was in Room 246 if I am not mistaken. The nurses Rosette, Jerron and Hannah were so caring and attentive to her needs. Also the assistants Sunnittrice and Janice took excellent care of her. Mom can be rather demanding but they were so caring and understanding. We have absolutely no complaints
