On Wednesday, July 24, 2024, my Dad was in the hospital on the 5th floor, nurse Hannah is the worst, she had her trainee doing all the work. I was there all day until 4:30 and my sister came in and our Dad took a turn for the worse, the trainee was doing all she knew all and nurse Hannah was behind the desk, where she had been all day, where it happened. OMG!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I was in soooo much abdominal pain and had diarrhea. They made me sit out in the waiting room for 20 hours!!! I can’t even tell you how bad it was but believe me it was A total nightmare. I will never forget this experience. People were throwing up all over the place and screaming out with pain. The nurses I had no compassion for anyone. Even after I told them five times I needed a wet wipe or a towel or a diaper or even a pad they would not help me. Love Methodist North! Went with my daughter to get mammogram and was taken off my feet how polite and friendly all the employees were. I ALWAYS have great experiences in the ER as well. I give them all a 5 star!
