Can't even get new patient signup to answer the phone or call back. I've been calling for weeks and they NEVER answer the phone. One message I finally got a call back 3 days later but I happen to be in a dentist chair so I couldn't answer, and now I'm back to playing phone tag with them.
I made my appointment last year as the closest appointment I could get was March 2. I received a call at 5pm the day before my appointment to tell me I need a new referral because it expired. Why couldn’t they tell me this, I don’t know, when I made the appointment? But no, they called at 5pm the day before so I can’t even get a new referral as my doctor is closed. Front staff is very rude. They pick up, stay on the phone for about 30 seconds and click. What a joke.
Never ever went to a FNP as RUDE & INSULTING and ARGUMENTIVE as I did today. S.H showed many levels unprofessional behavior to me as a patient. I can personally see why this office has such low ratings. This person said she was not interested in finding a solution to my problem because I wouldn’t accept her diagnoses, only she has never seen me for the problem. This FNP never has never tested me ever and yet told me she didn’t need test to diagnose my worsening deteriorating nerve issues. What a waste of money and time.
Like another reviewer, I have left numerous messages to get an appointment with no luck. I did go get a referral and my doctor sent it over to them. Did they reach out? No. Have they returned any of my calls over the last few months? No. Gave up. Had to start over with a new referral. Glad it wasn’t life threatening. (Insert large eye roll here)
