Dr. Uyen Nguyen and the entire staff were so kind, attentive, re-assuring, and thorough. From the kind greetings at reception to the warm & friendly nurse who took me back for my vitals & intake, to Dr. Nguyen herself being spectacular in her care, to the amazing lab tech who attended to me — every single person from my arrival to departure made me feel cared for, seen, and supported! 10/10 highly recommend!
I came In as New Patient a little over a year ago, I was actually happy to be under a group of doctors close to home. Unfortunately that changed very quicky over a simple phone call. Your office Drs and staff are very unprofessional and useless. This office cannot keep up with their patients needs or even answer the phone. My boyfriend Diego Morales is suffering out of the poor attention of your office.
I’ve been calling and calling and leaving voicemail after voicemail to get my prescriptions that I need with no help. No call back. Just now I called the office 3 different times and they picked up and hung up. Horrible service I just want my meds
