My son went in because he was sick and they prescribed him two medications to start taking. but it would be very nice if they had called into the pharmacy but they didn’t another office is closed they have no number or no answering service to get a hold of anybody as a matter fact the recording isn’t even finished. Very unprofessional if you asked me now or son still in pain and he doesn’t have his antibiotics to start getting any better just wait till they open at 8 AM in the morning. OMG!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I was in soooo much abdominal pain and had diarrhea. They made me sit out in the waiting room for 20 hours!!! I can’t even tell you how bad it was but believe me it was A total nightmare. I will never forget this experience. People were throwing up all over the place and screaming out with pain. The nurses I had no compassion for anyone. Even after I told them five times I needed a wet wipe or a towel or a diaper or even a pad they would not help me. My father been in the ER beds for two days . The night was great the morning nursing Teresa on 5/13/21 was horrible did not empty urine .they food all day . With 1 meal . You call them they never come
In May of. 2014 my 82 year old father passed away from lung cancer.The overalll care at Methodist Hospice was great and the facility was a God send.I would have love nothing more than to give a 5 star rating but on the morning of my father's passing one of the RN's who was helping to assist with him was EXTREMELY rude towards my father.It hurted me to my core to witness her nasty behavior.It has taken me 6 and a half years later to find the courage to finally write this review.No one should have to witness such rudeness.I s... read more
These folks will charge you an up front payment to be seen saying your insurance does not cover their services, then bill your insurance multiple times for additional services that are somehow now magically covered by your insurance, and then send additional bills over to Methodist to collect for them. Imaging Department, I checked in for a Cardiac Stress test today, Got my arm band, I was in the lobby waiting to be called back for the first round of the test when a lab tech came over, very loudly said we have to change your ethnicity? I was like what, then she replaced a label on my arm band which my status as Native American to White, I heard other people in the background laughing out loud about the ordeal. I was so embarrassed. Love Methodist North! Went with my daughter to get mammogram and was taken off my feet how polite and friendly all the employees were. I ALWAYS have great experiences in the ER as well. I give them all a 5 star!
