This company (Wizard James Recovery services) caught my husband cheating. The software and monitoring was all hidden within the browsing app. I contacted them, and paid 1/2 of the fee upfront and they did not fail to deliver. They are timely, great customer service, they do respect the time that they have projected and apologize if there are any delays. My son went in because he was sick and they prescribed him two medications to start taking. but it would be very nice if they had called into the pharmacy but they didn’t another office is closed they have no number or no answering service to get a hold of anybody as a matter fact the recording isn’t even finished. OMG!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I was in soooo much abdominal pain and had diarrhea. They made me sit out in the waiting room for 20 hours!!! I can’t even tell you how bad it was but believe me it was A total nightmare. I will never forget this experience. People were throwing up all over the place and screaming out with pain. The nurses I had no compassion for anyone. Even after I told them five times I needed a wet wipe or a towel or a diaper or even a pad they would not help me. These folks will charge you an up front payment to be seen saying your insurance does not cover their services, then bill your insurance multiple times for additional services that are somehow now magically covered by your insurance, and then send additional bills over to Methodist to collect for them.
