Excellent patient care.
I was a patient here for 12 years. I am not going back. Since Methodist took over, when I went for my yearly physical/wellness exam, it was not coded and billed correctly. With my insurance I don't have a copay or out of pocket for this. I received a bill for 155.00. Methodist refused to recode and resubmit, I called the Bartlett internal medicine office multiple times requesting to speak with the office manager, was never allowed to and never received a call back. The Doctors and Practical Nurses are great but the front desk staff are HORRIBLE. They WILL ignore you. I even got a disgusted look when I asked for a Kleenex. Do NOT try to reach them before 10 am, you will only be put on perma-hold! Even though the business opens at 8 am and supposedly they answer the phones starting at 9am, don't believe it! When you leave a message for a call back - SIT ON YOUR PHONE. If you miss it and it is after 4:30 - you will NOT get through. They are already rolling the phone to the emergency line ... read more
