Called to ask if they offer treatment for a condition. The woman that picked up did not entertain my question and told me my insurance was not accepted there. I knew this going into the call and said I would attempt to get an out of network exception or pay out of pocket. She then said that would be illegal? I clarified but it seemed she wasn't even listening and kept saying it was illegal. I just gave up. Are there no other better candidates to work calls at this organization?
I couldn’t get past the ignorant lady answering the phone and smacking gum in my ear and questioning me about the voicemail that was left for me to call them back. She asked did the caller leave their name. No they didn’t! She asked how many times did the phone ring before my voicemail picked up. Lady either you going to help me or not. I hope this is not a reflection of the staff. (Oh and I couldn’t be seen until next May)
