Your office Drs and staff are very unprofessional and useless. This office cannot keep up with their patients needs or even answer the phone. My boyfriend Diego Morales is suffering out of the poor attention of your office.
I’ve been calling and calling and leaving voicemail after voicemail to get my prescriptions that I need with no help. No call back. Just now I called the office 3 different times and they picked up and hung up. Horrible service I just want my meds
Can't even get new patient signup to answer the phone or call back. I've been calling for weeks and they NEVER answer the phone. One message I finally got a call back 3 days later but I happen to be in a dentist chair so I couldn't answer, and now I'm back to playing phone tag with them.
I made my appointment last year as the closest appointment I could get was March 2. I received a call at 5pm the day before my appointment to tell me I need a new referral because it expired. Why couldn’t they tell me this, I don’t know, when I made the appointment? But no, they called at 5pm the day before so I can’t even get a new referral as my doctor is closed.
