Very professional staff. My wife and I are both patients and the care and guidance is fantastic. I've been to other PT offices for various ailments and Methodist Outpatient GTC PT is the best. You receive the staff's attention, which is not always the case at other facilities. I'm on my 7th visit and highly recommend this office. Thanks!
My hubby went here a few years ago and when I tore my meniscus and spent a month in the hospital this was one of the places on the suggested list from my doctor. I was nervous to go because of COVID but I needn’t of worried. Everything is constantly being cleaned and appointments are made so place isn’t crowded. What a great team! Not only they are knowledgeable and dedicated to their patients, but they are also warm, cool and hilarious. I couldn't be back where I am with my physical mobility without their help; had a great time going into therapy sessions to work on my knee while having some great conversations! Ricky, Harris and Ashley are all super awesome people who truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to help them succeed in their therapy journey.
I had meniscus surgery and found myself in need of therapy. I chose the Methodist Carrollton location (3733 Josey Lane) because they were close to my house. Ricky and her staff are super professional. I could tell they took pride in their physicality and the patients. She did not just try to process me out with my prescription, she talked to me, found out what I wanted to get out of my rehab and designed secession's that would get me back to doing the things I was accustomed too before my surgery.
