They were very professional, kind, compassion is wouldn't go no where else.
My mom came here to have a same day surgery. All of the doctors, nurses and staff were all very nice and helpful. Her surgery went really well with her doctor Dr. Smiley.
When you enter a hospital, cleanliness is usually the most important factor. However, when you walk into Methodist Hospital in Germantown, this is all you see. Imagine this is at the children emergency room!

Just had first kid at the Pavilion. Staff was 5 Stars! Cafeteria food was pretty impressive. What stop the 5 star rating.. You took away the option to use external devices on room tvs. It's 2025, no one wants to watch cable TV with commercials. Hospital beds already suck. Don't make it worse by force us to watch your 25 channels
