Came to Memphis for my daughter's wedding but unfortunately ended up in the hospital with a possible stroke. The wedding was Saturday and I entered the hospital on Friday and figured that I would miss the wedding. Thanks to my nurse, Zack, and the Doctors from Vascular surgery, Neurology, and the Hospitalist, I was able to be seen and treated and still make it to walk my daughter down the aisle. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

They wait until the waiting room gets full before they start working. Similar to 201 Poplar. You will fall into a coma trying to get seen here.

The billing practices here should be illegal. After having our balance on a payment plan for years, we were promised to have our bill reduced by 40% if we paid 60% upfront in a lump sum. We decided to save up to pay it so that we could save money in the long run. The balance that we were told to pay was paid in full on 8/21/2026 and we were assured that the remaining portion would be written off to reflect a $0 balance by 8/25/2026 at the latest. Our experience was long and challenging. My dad spent 28 days in the icu. My rating does not reflect the ICU nurses as every single one of them did go above and beyond. I give the NURSES in the ICU a 5 star rating. My rating is based on the east wing step down floor. I did not feel as if my dad should have even gone to step down in the first place.
