Today I was visiting my brother on 3 South Annex and Ms.Hana & Barbara was so sweet and caring to him. The floor was so clean Ms..Villanueve was so sweet. I’m glad he was here getting the best health care
No urgency for patients staff is not concerned no one in ED cares if the patient are dying!
Horrible experience while admitted for a heart cath. Dr Borkoski is rude, condescending and all around an example of how not to treat patients. Didn’t have time to explain any parts of the procedure but had an ample amount of time to banter with the Staff. Procedure was less than ideal outcome, perhaps more time focusing on the patient and less time establishing hierarchy would’ve yielded positive results.
The staff has an attitude if they do not care, they care more about talking about each other who they like and dislike rather than assisting patients
