I visit the ER on yesterday. I rate the staff and the Doctor Who seen me 10 out of 10 excellent service came in with a backache. They made sure they did everything to make sure they didn’t miss anything outstanding services.

The staff (nurses, doctors, administrators, cafe cooks and cashier, etc) have all went above and beyond to make my wife as comfortable as possible. We just had a baby and all my wife was craving was cheeseburger. I went to the cafeteria to obtain said cheeseburger and they just so happened to be closing to clean and prep for dinner. However, Mr. Kenny stepped up and quickly prepared her cheeseburger with commendable compassion and kindness. I am truly grateful he did not let me return empty handed. I came here for a CT scan at 4:20 on Saturday June 27 2026, its 10: 54 p.m. This is horrible.! I should've check the reviews before I came! I hope I never have to come here again!

I have never had a worse experience in my life. I went to this place for possible appendicitis. You would think that would be an emergency but not here at all. I got to the ER at around 1:30 pm and left at around 11:30pm. Every single other patient had been seen by 6pm while I was in the waiting room sobbing because of how much pain I was in .I had more patients in the waiting room calming me down and helping me out than any staff or management here.
