My nurse Florence she didn’t let me know anything about my ultrasound til I asked her then she was suppose to tell me my babies weight and she just said 5 pounds and sum ounces not giving the exact number nor did she try to go back and check it. Also when I was discharged that night which was around 9:54pm I asked her could medical transportation be called for me and she said the house manger said someone will come to my phone and to go wait in the lobby of the ER. All the nurses were amazing and made sure I was very well taken care of 🥰 they explained things well and listened to my concerns
For 99% of my stay I was in the ICU and the entire ICU staff was exceptional. They were also very encouraging and showed empathy for my situation. I had no concerns about the care that I received. The doctors, nurses, and therapists were exceptional as well. They took their time to talk to me and explained things to me. The case manager went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get all of my medications. I met with the patients advocate and loved her as well. She was great, friendly, and welcoming.
