Professional, knowledgeable, genuine, caring attitude
The labor and delivery department is awesome! I will admit that the reviews did initially make me look into other hospitals to deliver my baby. Those hospitals turned me away when I was clearly in labor. Methodist took me in without hesitation and took very good care of me and my baby. My only complaint is that pain management was kind of slow but I think that was because my original midwife did not put in the orders like she said she would.

I just visited my father in this hospital who was admitted there after a car accident that totalled his 79 Corvette. When I arrived he had a brace around his neck and had already completed a CT Scan and they determined he cracked his C5 vertebrae in his neck. My father was complaining the entire time of pain. The ER nurses and doctors didn't even visit the room once. They failed to address his pain issues. They didn't even wipe the blood off of his nose (which was likely broken in the accident and eye) I had to put on gloves... read more
