This was one of the most concerning medical experiences I have ever had. During a blood draw, the test tube the nurse was using fell on the floor. Instead of discarding it and using a sterile one, she picked it up and used it before we even had the chance to say anything. That is a serious breach of basic medical safety and hygiene standards. I’ve been blessed with good health, but these last two months I have had to be admitted twice for medical procedures. I can’t say how great my experiences were from admission to release. The nurses, doctors, and everyone I came in contact with were professional and caring. God bless this hospital and all those who walk through the doors.
