I arrived at this place 3 days after back surgery. That evening a radiologist slammed a metal tray into my back and opened up my surgery. I was rushed to Methodist where I spent 3 weeks and 2 more surgeries trying to stop my spinal fluid from leaking out of my body. Select Rehab almost killed me and they are sending me bills for my stay of a few hours of $1400 if you can believe that. Unreal! If you stay here you will be taking your life into your own hands. Therapy, docs and nursing excellent, would get 5 stars. Dining not as good- despite concern/visits by dining staff, the automated menu system keeps sending this diabetic-no salt eater, menu choices like corned beef, german chocolate cake, and banana cream pie. Good thing I know what I am supposed to be eating. Also, do check your meds; pharmacy made some "automatic substitutions" that were definitely not safe for me. Professional staff, dedicated, caring, I can't say enough about the treatment I received. Excellent facility! Highly recommended for any type of therapy.

Got catheterized forty times in ten days. Gotbladder infection required surgery. Will never willingly go back
