absolutely ridiculous that we cannot get ahold of anyone! Over an hour each time on hold for it to automatically disconnect. How does anyone schedule with them? We have been in customer service for over 30 years and have never let a phone ring longer than a couple rings - and always return calls. Who do they even hire to do this? Supposedly multiple staff on site... ummm no
Literally impossible to book an appointment because they do not answer the phone at all. Expect to wait 30+ minutes every time just for the call to automatically disconnect before you can even reach anyone.
I have been thinking calling to schedule for over a 1.5 months and have had no success. Followed up numerous times, new excuse every time. They do not return messages and are very difficult to deal with. Very disappointed
I have called twice. I was on hold for 15min both times then went to ringing and the system then hung up on me both times. The reviews show CS is not a priority. I will schedule elsewhere.
