I have called twice. I was on hold for 15min both times then went to ringing and the system then hung up on me both times. The reviews show CS is not a priority. I will schedule elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible!
Absolutely terrible! Surgeon ordered ultrasound stat on 6/17 and today is 7/23 and they keep saying they haven’t received the order despite the surgeons office saying they have fax confirmations. I’m going to stop by today and hand deliver the order so we can get an appointment. I don’t understand what the problem is.
Staff and technicians were fantastic, I couldn't ask for better What is really bad is the registration and scheduling. It took them 2 weeks to schedule a CT Scan and only after I had to raise he'll to get that. It's now 3 weeks waiting and I still haven't gotten an appointment for 3 MRI's. The have been placed om protocol because of my Spinal Cord Stimulator. I have had 4 MRI's since I've gotten it. These folks don’t even answer the phone. Been on hold almost 30 minutes for the last two days. I’ve called the main number to try to get help and she just put me back through to the same number. Going to have to use a different hospital. I have been trying to schedule for weeks and the non response just continues.
