I'd give it a negative number if I could. What a nightmare of an experience for my elderly mother and myself that was there with her, along with my brother at times. I'm not sure anyone there was an actual professional. Especially in the ICU, which to me seems would be of utmost importance. Didn't even seem like an ICU. The first might my mom was there, her bed had a malfunction, where the mattress separated and she was basically stuck in a hole. I'm so hurt, disgusted and furious with this place ,I have so so many issues,my daughter passed away in this hospital one minute a doctor is telling me n my daughter that she will be ok but that it take a lot of nursing n in like 10 min she is rushed to ICU n that her liver is not good n her blood was toxic n they tried every thing the past week . I'm going to find out the truth with my lawyer.
