Took my daughter to urgent care yesterday because of problems with breathing and extremely elevated resting heart rate. They immediately told us to go to the ER. I went to the closest one and Methodist landmark was we found closest. We went in the wrong door and immediately I had staff walking me, helpfully and kindly to the emergency room with my daughter. Outstanding Bariatric Team! Dr .Thomas is very caring and especially takes the time to listen to his patients and promote what’s best. He has an amazing team who are extremely professional yet friendly. I love coming to my visits and I’ve had such a great time experience from pre-ops to surgery to post op care. I’m excited for my journey and so happy I chose Landmark Bariatrics.
I had a consultation to have my gallbladder removed. The office staff was very helpful, attentive, and courteous. Dr Medrano answered any questions I had and was very kind. He explained clearly what was going to be done. Day of and after the surgery I had some pain and I called his office and they were very nice to get me settled in and scheduled my follow up visit. The office is very nice and clean.
