Absolutely wonderful experience even though being in E.R! Everyone was very professional
Care from the ER staff was quite good, but the communication was spotty and infrequent. When staff interacted with me, they ware caring and concerned and effective. But then they would disappear for long periods, would not provide updates on tests or procedures, and in general were not informative. We chose this hospital because we did not want to be in the care of the large trauma hospital, but we were left in the dark for so long that it was hard to see how the communication in a large hospital could have been worse.
