I have 3 small children so we are frequent visitors of the ER, probably 5-6 visits over the past year, and I’m very impressed with how quickly we’ve been seen and taken care of. Within 10 minutes of being put in a room yesterday, my son was already being taken to get an x-ray, the issue was addressed, and we were released a little over an hour later.
Poor facility management, only options for parking at the children's emergency room are either pay for valet or park about a block and a half away in the parking garage. Either way is ridiculous when there is parking right outside the ER doors.
