No sense of urgency for critically ill patients. Too passive. We had to tell to them to place a pulse-oximeter monitor to check our loved one's oxygenation levels. They then found out our loved one needed oxygen immediately. UNREAL. ZERO LEADERSHIP. CLUELESS. Steer clear if you are critically ill, particularly if you need cardiac care.
My son had an accident that found us visiting the Methodist Emergency Room, and safe to say it was a terrible experience. The level of unprofessionalism was astonishing. Emergency rooms get busy, I completely understand that, but we waited in the hallway for over an hour, and then waited and waited for the doctor to come in. When he did arrive 3 hours later we were met with this arrogance and he rushed through all of the information. I WOULD GIVE THIS HOSPITAL NO STARS IF POSSIBLE, BETWEEN TRIAGE STAFF AND JUST MAKING IT TO A ROOM IN THE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!! THESE ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET IN AN E.R SETTING IN REFERENCE TO THE FRONT DESK, WHERE THEY GET YOUR INFORMATION, AS WELL AS THE TRIAGE, I DON'T KNOW WHO'S WORSE!!!!!
