While Dr Patel was very nice to work with and seems to have done a great job with my mother's valve transplant, the experience with his staff was another story. I would have to write a novel to convey everything negative that happened, so suffice it to say the competence level is very low. Don't expect any apologies for their ineptness, because it won't happen. And if a patient expresses frustration and tries to give them feedback on the phone they will just threaten to hang up on you.
