Very poor scheduling service. I have heart issues, and it took three weeks just to get a call back from Cynthia. She took my insurance information and said they would call back with an appointment, but instead she went on vacation without following up. It’s also extremely difficult to make an appointment because the doctors are frequently unavailable.

I had been enrolled into the Peerless II study while in the hospital for a massive PE. This study was to pay for my follow up visits which were set for 3 months and 6 months.(which I have documents stating this). The day before my 3-month follow up visit, this office called me and told me I was going to have to pay out of pocket for the Echo to be done on my heart. On October 6, 2022, I received the greatest call of all! My doctors called to let me know that, just after noon that day, I would receive a new heart. I will never forget that moment. Outstanding care by physicians and staff. Highly endorse as an emergency physician and as a patient with cardiac sarcoidosis. Drs Kwan and Chandra R Kunavarapu are very professional, knowledgeable and excellently trained.
