All of the Physicians and Nurses in Family Medicine are Amazing at Healthwest! I have honestly never felt better about my medical care and more confident with my choice of a Physician. From check in to check out the appointment is always smooth. Wait times are usually very short and if I need help with something any one of the staff would be more than happy to assist me or find someone who can help me. Great Atmosphere all around!
Just needed to share my experience with this clinic about how an annual preventative visit was also changed with a general office visit if the doctor talks to you about anything you actually need to talk about. When I asked what was outside the area of preventative care they basically mentioned everything I discussed with my doctor. We always discussed existing issues and no charge ever occured. I went there for a Stress Test. I sat in the waiting room and watched everyone even those who arrived after me get called back before me. I even overheard the staff tell another patient they would try to squeeze her in. She was called back before me. After siting in the waiting room for more than 20 minutes, I was about to leave when finally I was called back.
