Administration is the major problem.They are hard to reach during business hours. They want to schedule the night before for the next day, with after 8pm calls. He has multiple appointments a week. We need to schedule in advance around them. Told us they could no longer meet his needs after he went into the hospital multiple times. On top of all that would make excuses saying we have 350 patients. The acountability wasn't there.

Not patient oriented. They never answer the phone during business hours. They schedule the night before for the next day. I like to schedule a week or more in advance. He went into the hospital. Genie scheduled a second physical therapy appointment and then never came and never called to say that she had made a mistake. Michelle,the nurse, is a flake. I told them not to schedule her again yet they continue. No nurse or OT has called to come to the house and it's already Friday. My advice, look elsewhere.

this is the WORST Home Health agency ever. The OT and OT supervisor were very professional and great to work with. However, their health coordinators were awful. They denied my husband three times for services and gave us a different excuse each time. It was horrible. They came as if they were there to do wound care. Nurse came one day never returned. But they did attempt to do pt which wasn't ordered. When we called them trying to figure out what was going on they tried to blame surgeon. As we continued the next lie was the primary care ordered it. Also untrue they jumped back through a 3 month old referral for assessment for pt prior to surgery. They jeopardize my health and welfare being and were completely deceitful.
