when hospice first came out they told me they would now be my 911 #. The first time I called it took me 4 hours to finally reach someone. The next time I was going to leave a message but the mail box was full. The night my aunt died I called them and waited for 3 hours and no response. I finally had to call the coroner and he came out and took care of the body. Methodist hospice finally called me at 9 the next mourning. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
