My 87 ur old mother waited in the ER with severe stomach pain from 9 am until 4 pm😡 THIS IS UNEXCUSEABLE
My husband was admitted into Methodist Germantown hospital due to his heart issue. He had to stay there for approximately one week and the care provided by the nurses was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, and were actually proactive with his care. The food was OK but I liked that restaurants were conveniently located near the hospital. And there was also a coffee shop Called JoJo’s Espresso. I felt safe walking to and from my car and parking was always readily available.
Was told I can get my insulin refill here and when I called back to get a refill, they said I couldn't so hope I don't loose my vision cause I don't know where to get insulin. I don't have a primary care doctor. Don't say you can refill something and then when it gets to that point you say something else. Hope I don't lose my vision. Also, the nurse hung up on me because she thought I was calling her a liar get a life grow up.
They deleted my original post but I’ve had several bad experiences here. They sent me home before getting blood culture results so didn’t care if I was septic or not which is what I was concerned about. They missed a kidney stone said I was fine despite severe pain and blood in my urine. My kidney stone it was later that week diagnosed by a urologist. They discharged me after giving me medication you can’t drive after taking and I had to walk home because I was by myself. They don’t care about patients here.
I received excellent care during my recent hospital stay. The nurses were attentive, compassionate, and professional, always making sure I was comfortable and informed. Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference. I’m very grateful for the outstanding care!
