***PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS OFFICE*** This was one of the most alarming medical experiences I’ve ever had. I went in for heartburn and acid reflux and was told I “needed” a colonoscopy, yet no one could ever clearly explain why. For the past 2 months I have been trying to see a Gastroenterologist with the most difficult staff I have ever encountered. I needed to get a referral for to see them not only from my PCP, but also from my insurance company and I have a PPO plan NOT an HMO plan. Even my insurance company is dumbfounded by this request. You can't even get an explanation as to what why, and what is needed. If you can find another Gastroenterologist DO!!!!
No complaints. Everyone was very friendly.
