Standout visit to the ER on 9/11/26. I met my parents in the ER as my dad had apparently fallen from a ladder and was confused, bloodied and in pain. The DNP, Audrey, and the team of EMTs were excellent. Audrey quickly assessed the situation, examined him and began ordering tests. She answered all our questions and put our other concerns at ease with her expertise and excellent bedside manner. The attention here was excellent.
