I went in for very high blood pressure and this was concerning because of my history of strokes. I assume they had access to the files relevant to my visit two weeks prior, but it appears they did not have access to these files despite my high blood pressure readings, they did not screen me for strokes symptoms, I was left in a room where the location of the call button for the nurse was unclear, they attached a pressure cuff to me, which did not fit my arm and did not remain on it and failed to read my pressure.
