They’ve always taken care of me very well, every time I come through the door. Dr. Anna Slayton is really good with her practice.
I first went to start off and say how much I love Dr Beadle & Dr Sims how ever the staff is different. Start off with the customer service aspect and bed side manor the staff holds is alarming as the Drs are so sweet and kind. Ana needs some help in that area. Learn how phone etiquette and be responsive and not over speak when not needed. So if you want a great Dr and mediocre customer service this is the place
My family and I see, Dr. Riley. She is the best hands down! So caring and always works to provide care that makes all of us happy.
Save your time - As of August 16, 2024, none of the providers at this practice are taking new patients for an entire year. The phones are turned off so I went in and was told this. Front desk solution was to contact my insurance which I already did and was told Dr. Riley was accepting new patients. Please do the right thing by being transparent with your phone system and online records. Their providers are very good from what I’ve read, which is why I made the effort to go in.
