I am a 70 year old widow with no children. I need to have a colonoscopy but it seems that will be impossible because of "hospital regulations." I depend on Uber or Lyft to get me to and from appointments to Mansfield because I live in Grand Prairie. Hospital Policy says I can only get a ride home with someone I know. If I could give it 0 stars, I would because this clinic was trash. My mother Faiza Hady had an appointment at 1:00 and the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. She had horrible communication and was very unwelcoming. My mother was the first to arrive and check in and told her appointment would be at 1:00 but they just kept skipping my mom and letting the people who came way after them see the doctor first. Instead of apologizing, she made excuses. I recommend to NOT go here!!! They mistreated my mom
