Thank you Mrs. Velma for all the blessed kind words you brought to my soul during my stressful situation. Keeping me warm with those blankets,gave me food, water,graham crackers, sandwiches,and a whole lot of Jesus! A fraction of what a real mother is like. I also appreciate every doctor, nurse, the attentive social worker, and respiratory therapist who gave me good care. Thank you !

The wait was long but it is an ER so it’s understandable but I really want to shout out Dr Beck the OBGYN for her professionalism , kindness and understanding during a difficult situation, I’m sure she has seen our reason for visit many times but she treated this interaction with the upmost respect and gentleness. I truly felt like we were cared for from the very moment when she walked in.
Just go to southwestern. Rude receptionists here. No communication. Seems even the people working here don’t want to be here. Biggest regret was giving them my information I should have walked out. If you have insurance, a god job, and want decent care. Try to go elsewhere
