This hospital has the rudest ER nurses I've ever come across!!! . They are disrespectful especially to the elderly. They sit around and gossip about the patients there,THEY ALL SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!!!!

I went to this ER on a Friday night around 8:00 pm with abdominal pain. Was called back about 10 minutes after arrival. All of the people that I met were very friendly and professional. Was diagnosed with a kidney stone and treated and released within a couple of hours. A+ experience. Would recommend and will return if I ever need an ER again.

I recently moved to the Grand Prairie / Mansfield area and saw Dr. Weaver for a routine physical. She is very down to earth, kind, and approachable, making her easy to talk to. She also knows her stuff. Getting an appointment was super easy, the office ran on time, and the entire experience was excellent. I recommend her to anyone looking for a family practice physician in the area.

My first time here and also my last I did not like the long wait I was in especially when I'm not feeling good at all. I saw people come in after me and leave before I even got called. My appointment was at 1:10 and its now 1:45 this is just rude and ridicoulous!!! I will not be recommending anyone to come here especially if you have things to do.

BEWARE! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, hospital! This hospital left my older mom in the winter months, in a room with no heating, a freezing room. Paying for a private room and the nurse leaving her room DOOR wide open to see if she could get heat from the hall-way. They bathed her with freezing water, after they had never bathed her or given her any kind of wipe down. She was there for a number of days. Never changed her bloody sheets or bloody gown. their ER service is despicable. absolutely disgusting. the nurses are rude. and they take FOREVER to get you triaged. I have had serveral HORRIBLE incidents at this hospital, and I refuse to recommend them to anyone. they don't know how to manage time. and regardless of your injury, unless you come by ambulance, you WILL sit in the waiting room for a minimum of an hour to an hour and a half. they're a building full of people who are SUPPOSED to care about your health, but they don't. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone, EVER... read more
