This place was kind of all over the place. My guess is because the doctors who run it are not professional and organized. Sat waiting for surgery for 3 hours. Then the doctor who performed my surgery did not call in pain/infection meds for 8 hours AFTER the surgery. I would suggest Texas Health for your surgical needs. Not this place.

Communication was poor with this facility. My family member had a scheduled procedure that we showed up on time for. The staff was gathered in the reception/waiting area when we arrived. We were sent to check in and were told that their facility had an issue with the air system and so the procedure was cancelled. She stated a call was made at 6:40 AM (long before we left to travel there). No one called. We confirmed by checking both voicemail, received calls, and also email. Pre-surgery personel were great, very personable and thorough. Post surgery personel were horrible, they rushed my wife out to our car in her surgery gown, did not even put on her underwear and pants. It was 5:00 in the afternoon and they were all focused on going home? Bad experience

This is the second time my husband has had surgery at this location and the first time was ok, but I cannot give a positive review this second time. To start, they were running 2 hours late- which is totally fine- however there was zero communication to my husband. He was still told to arrive on time and was hooked up to an iv and fluids only to sit there for hours. We only found out there was a delay because I called the nurses line to get a status update on his procedure. There was only one update on his surgery by the tim... read more
