Get directionsI am lucky that I survived my stay and staff incompetence. I did self check out and got out there. They only look to treat symptoms not the cause. If you have choice go elsewhere or you better off at home.
My name is Ethan. I recently applied for a MHT position at their north campus. I know I'm more than qualified. Moments after I apply, I received an email saying I'm not qualified. I believe whom ever is in the HR department at Methodist is racist. Don't patronize Methodist. They don't like to hire qualified minorities.
Went to the ER with a possible blood clot in my ankle and they did a doppler test and sent me home without ever telling me I had a blood clot! After a couple days when it still hurt, I looked at the discharge papers, only to find that I had "thrombophlebitis, Superficial" and I was supposed to take care of it (elevate, apply heat and cold, take NSAIDS, compress, don't sit or stand for long periods) -- none of which I was told. My sister was there too the whole time and she never heard them tell me I had a clot and needed to... read more
HORRIBLE!!! My young adult daughter was transported due to seizure by ambulance. She was treated very rudely after complaining twice about IV site pain, yet no one ever checked her IV site to see if something might possibly be wrong with it. After another 55 minutes of watching my daughter in pain and ready to take the IV out herself, I pushed the help button again. Two staff members responded, one staff member was openly aggravated, and it was showing in her tone and face, she spoke to her rudely and still didn't check the ... read more
Although the clinic team were wonderful & kind & the doctors did their job well, the post-team care was a NIGHTMARE, to say the least! The nurses lied to my husband, left me alone for five hours post-surgery in EXCRUCIATING pain, refusing to give me any meds that would ease my pain. They left me, the donor & the recipient, the night of our surgery without any medication, including not giving anti-nausea meds. Both of us woke in agony! Was in terrible, unmanaged pain for 19 straight hours! Highly recommend avoiding this pl... read more
Northeast Methodist Hospital Emergency Room - They treated me with dignity and I was treated with respect and kindness from the time that I arrived. They took really good care of me. They were organized and took care of all of my needs. I came in vomiting due to a kidney stone. They performed testing rapidly and I was out of the ER within 2 hours and appropriately treated. If I ever have an emergency again - I would absolutely go back there if I had an emergency..
I must have had the same doctor as Sherri, I went to the hospital with both covid and the flu (at the same time)-- I told them I had copd and empysema and an autoimmune disease that makes it hard to heal--A really high number on he bloodwork showed I had a blood clot disolving and they did a cat scan of my lungs that didn't show a clot there so who knows where it is (nothing else was checked)--The xray showed the emphysema and also showed a small portion of my lung was collapsed-- They gave me a potassium pill because my pot... read more

Yesterday was the Worst experience I have had at Stone Oak or any Methodist Hospital. I have a rare autoimmune disease and a month ago I was in Methodist-Atasoca with pneumonia. I woke up yesterday with a 104.7 fever in the middle of the night. I waited for my husband to get off work to drive me the 2 hours to Stone Oak because of my long history. The doctor came in and put me on Sepsis alert. She did not listen to me about the new monthly infusion I take for the autoimmune. I had a high fever and had been falling. My left ... read more
