As a first-time mother, I did what any parent would do—I trusted my instincts and sought immediate medical care when my newborn showed abnormal breathing, rash, and unusual fussiness. We were rushed to this hospital by the Children's ER, who recognized our concerns as serious. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Laudato was dismissive, unprofessional, and deeply upsetting.
