Scheduling is a nightmare. I came back from a trip specifically for an 11:00 appointment. The volunteer receptionist can't find me on the schedule. Finally, she tells me my appointment is at 2:15. It was not scheduled at 2:15 by me. I decide to reschedule rather than wait to be "fit in" after the techs have lunch. I call scheduling and am unable to get an appointment on any day that I have free. No mammogram for me this year!
