La recepcionista se porto muy grosera! Llama para hacer una cita y de muy mala manera me contesto que no tenian ninguna refrerencia mía. Llame a mi medico y me dijo que ya lo había mandado, así que había nuevamente y la señora muy arrogance me contesto que no había referencia, hasta que le insisti que si, reviso y si estaba, pero me dijo que ahí no hacen nada para diagnosticar Tinnitus! Pero muy grosera fue que me lo dijo.
I liked Dr Choi, but she never gave me any options to help me hear better. Sent me for a brain scan (which was normal), but never heard from her office again.
Dr. Choi is the best. This was the 3rd ENT Dr. i have seen, and i never want to go anywhere else again! Dr. Choi took her time listening to me, she explained everything very well, and never once did i ever feel rushed or unheard. I always felt comfortable and In good hands.
My experience with Dr. Jinhee Choi was excellent. The entire nursing staff and the audiologist were also very kind and knowledgable. I went in for a hearing test. They were able to run my insurance with no issues, I was seen half an hour early, all staff was friendly and in good spirits and the doctor explained my results in a digestible way that helped me understand the information easily.
