So I live closer to this hospital than other surrounding hospitals, and I have a chronic condition that from time to time may require a hospital stay. With that said, I have visited the hospital a total of four times since it opened and have only had one good experience. The two times that I was admitted, the nurses worked at their pace no matter the situation. Had a great experience going to the ER here. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
After experiencing my very first ER visit ever early yesterday morning while traveling from out of town, I had to leave this review- this facility and staff were absolutely phenomenal and genuinely took such wonderful care of me when I was beyond scared during a health scare. Every single person from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors were incredible. A special shoutout to Ernestt for being so attentive and compassionate. Super nice and clean place!
The ER and hospital stay has been amazing. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. The doctors have been great at identifying major issues and getting results quickly. Everything has been clean and well kept
I’d give this place zero stars if that was possible. My wife was taken here for dehydration. An overnight stay. No I.V. and three hours to get a small glass of water. The room was cold and she requested a warm blanket. The told her she would get one but never did. No help to get to the bathroom either. The place seemed like it was deserted. I was out of town for business and couldn’t get back until the next day. I had to track down someone to get any information.
