I was brought to the ER by ambulance for severe, sharp uterine pain resembling labor contractions. The pain was unbearable, I was fainting, and unable to stand. I am four months postpartum. Upon arrival, Dr. Christopher Kennedy appeared dismissive and nonchalant while I was actively crying in pain. Had to go to the ER today and am so glad I went to Methodist Celina Medical Center. The facility is spotless and the staff is wonderful. Brandon was my ER nurse and he was so respectful and kind. Dr. Cope was friendly and understanding and explained everything in detail for me. There were others that helped that I didn’t get their names, but I can’t say enough kind things about everyone. I highly recommend this Medical Center.

To the ER doctor on duty last night: Your behavior was rude and condescending. Patients come to the emergency room because they need care and reassurance, not to be spoken to with disrespect. If providing compassionate care is a problem, this may not be the right position for you. No patient should feel belittled when seeking medical help. Do not recommend this place.

Worst Hospital in north Texas!!!! Don’t even bother if you have an emergency and have a Hispanic last name. Nurses all upset they are working and are noid to help walk back to see doctors or do there job. If you don’t sound nice enough they call the police officers on duty for no reason at all. Update: Hospital bills me for 20 minutes tops. My question is for what services nothing was done.

Everyone we have encountered here: Emergency Department check-in, by ambulance, or by needing staff to assist in getting someone into the building; doctors; nurses; billing; x-ray techs; admissions; transfer team, and administrative staff, have been exceptional. The Celina PD officer I saw frequently would say, "Hi" and just offer encouragement.
