The doctors were great, but unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was very disappointing. I called because I was receiving several unexpected bills in my patient chart and wanted clarification. We're originally from the Seattle area and we've always had excellent medical care. We've struggled to find that since moving to Dallas but the Celina Medical Center is top notch. It's in a perfect location for those of us in north DFW, the facility is great, and the nurses are the best. Thank you for taking such good care of my wife!

Our experiences in the ER and Day Surgery were both exceptional!
Sorry but something needs to be said for quality of care. Dr’s who brush you off. Rude nurses and concerns not given attention is ridiculous. 12 hours of being ignored and treated like we were nothing is not acceptable. I have never been treated so badly at a hospital as my family member was recently. I personally have been to this hospital and my experience was far from this but that does not change my opinion of this situation. A few bad apples will definitely spoil the batch.
