I visited the ER yesterday at this wonderful hospital and I must say I appreciate how quick they attended to me and made sure I was comfortable. All the two doctors that saw me were very nice. They didn’t just ask me the relevant questions in other to help me fast, the second doctor who took over the night shift (Dr. Daniel) took his time check me thoroughly. All the nurses were super nice and attentive to me. I walked out of the hospital when I got discharged feeling cared for.
The lady staff here were rude . Please learn to treat patients right way.
This is a brand new Methodist. I’m in shock of the rude reviews on a recently opened and well established company. Give it time!!! Thank-you.
Infrastructure / Hardware issue - I was schedule stress and echo appointment today after waiting of 7 days. Echo done delayed by 30 min stating computer is not working. After 30 min wait echo is done. Nurse put all wires for stress test (which took another 15 to 20 minutes) and called Doctor and issue -> Treadmill didn’t work. They called technical to fix it and took 2 hours resulting reschedule. Brand new device and not working. Based on my request they handle billing to not charge me twice.
