if you call to move up an appointment...this is obviously ti accomdate you...then dont make the the patient wait 35 past appt time and an hr in lobby

I had open heart surgery on November 21st 2016 and if it weren't for Dr. Challapalli and his team, I don't think I'd be here right now. The only thing I don't like is the imaging place across the hall from his office is considered an outpatient facility of the Methodist Hospital system so they won't allow you to pay a copay. You have to meet your deductible before they let you pay a copay.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The ladies administering the test thoroughly explained the procedure and helped me to feel relaxed. Gail assured me that I was in good hands. I did not see Dr. Liu, but I chose his office because I think he is a great doctor!
