Horrible experience! My grandson was diagnosed flu turned out from his Dr was bronchitis. Not flu No Tylenol was given until I asked despite 102 fever. No fluids either despite him being dehydrated! Nurse seemed uninterested in assisting my grandson and with no urgency. No discharge papers or care info issued ! What a disgrace
Attentive and speedy care. They don’t always know how to diagnose, but refer type of doctor that is appropriate for symptoms.
Since initiating care at this facility, I have experienced a significant improvement in my health, Stating two years ago with Hannah. Prioritizing my well-being has yielded positive results, as evidenced by my recent bloodwork. The availability of both telemedicine and in-person appointments offers convenience during periods of illness. Prompt access to care is readily available when needed. The staff's professionalism and approachability . I wholeheartedly endorse this practice. MJ
Imagine going there with a family member dying after pleading with ems to go to San Antonio for a full service er.. sitting there for 12 hours waiting to go, being treated horrible when you ask for blood work results. Then imagine having a staff member get in your face pointing, and when you do it back they want to call security.. and then when you begin to record the staffs behavior, she goes to grab your phone and hits your hand all which we have in video. My sister went into the ER .. treatment was substandard.. nurse with last name Chris was not nice .. he was rude and needs more training on how to treat people who are sick and need help.. she went home no better than when she arrived.. beware folks!!
