My mother and I had a troubling experience this past weekend regarding her post-surgery care. During her recovery, one nurse's behavior was notably distressing. After the surgery, she was quite rough and rude, which was upsetting for my already distressed mother. For instance, she used her knee to hold my mother’s arm while trying to dress her, snatched the blanket away, and shook her arm instead of placing it gently into the sling. The staff here treated me like I was the only patient even though it was a busy morning. Kind friendly efficient and professional. Facilties are clean and up to date. Morale of employees was high and it is obvious that its a great place to work. Could not have been a better experience. Shout outs to Nisha, Cheryl, Pat, Ronda, Martha, Traci and Robert!
Nurses great! Pediatric Gastroenterologist great! Techs great! Admitting personnel great! Dr. Flores -Anesthesiologist bad bedside manner to my child and us parents. Dr Flores Anesthesiologist walks in asking about wrong procedure for my sick child. We interjected and sttd the correct procedure in a polite way.
