I’ve been training with Matt at Method3 and it’s been a great experience. He does an excellent job tailoring workouts to where you’re at while still pushing you to improve. He’s very knowledgeable about form, injury prevention, mobility, and overall fitness, and he explains the “why” behind what we’re doing, which I really appreciate. I've been working out at Method3 now for more than two years. The trainers take care of all the prep, just need to show up and follow the regimen. The workouts are great- lots of variety and often with options to make exercises more or less challenging. All the trainers have been amazing (the newest addition Micah is awesome too) for the care they show. Enrolling at Method3 is probably the best decision I've made for myself in a long time.
I want to give a shout out to Stephanie R. for all her help the last few months. She’s a cool ray of sunshine and if you get within ten feet of her you find yourself working hard towards a better you with a smile on your face. But that’s not why she’s special to me. My husband and I have been members since 2014, and it has been life-changing. Sue and Keith and the other coaches have helped us through various challenges over the years, big and small. They are dedicated, so compassionate yet tough when needed, always have motivating words when we are down, and they always challenge us. Whatever we need on a particular day, they figure it out and deliver. Method3 is the best in the business.
been going there for 7 months now, weekly 1-hr personal training. It has done me so much good in terms of strength, stamina and mental health improvement. I love the small gym setting, and friendly coach, staff and fellow members. I never thought I’d be a regular gym goer and used to detest going to the gym, but I enjoy it here
