At 60 years old and not having worked out for 15 years I finally decided to join Method and signing up for personal lessons with the owner Lynne. Lynne told me I'd see results in 3-6 months and she was right! She has helped me gain so much strength and I love working out under her direction! I also LOVE Rosemary's Zumba class (which I didn't think I would as I don't dance, but it's more light aerobics than dancing!) THANK YOU Lynne!!!!!
Clean, lots of equipment, open 24 hours. Lynn is a great Personal Trainer!
Not enough information on their website. The biggest issue is that pricing information is absent. I do not want to call for pricing. It takes too long, I don't want to endure a sales pitch, and the practice makes me wonder if I'll actually get the same price as everyone else. It might be a great gym but I screened it out because of this. Edit after response: Thank you for responding. But really, customers hate this. Why do it? It starts the relationship off on a bad foot.
We LOVE Method and the family that owns it! I have at this gym for about 12 years. It has small town vibes, everyone is so kind. It truly feels like a family environment! They have everything you need, the setup is fantastic. I cannot say enough, we LOVE Method!
Great gym. Not packed like your usual commercial gym.
