Working with Isila Jimenez at Method Real Estate has been such a smooth process. I had spoken to her about a year ago when I was first PSCing to the Augusta area and was thinking of buying a home site unseen. I was already working with a USAA agent and had received a call from Isila. She actually saved me, told me the home I was looking at buying was not in a good area and was a bad flip. Isila is a fantastic realtor. This is my third time selling a house. And out of those three house selling processes, Isila'a was by far the easiest. From the initial sit down to discuss the selling and marketing process to the very end of closing was easy, streamlined, and her team was very commutative. We had our home listed for less than 20 days before we were under contract. We sold for our asking price and all but one seller concessions. I requested information for a home on Hickory Road in Augusta GA, a Charles Wills called me 3 times, I was on the phone with my lender. I sent a text message to the his number and asked "who is this" hoping to find out who the person was. When I called Charles Wills he said he was calling about the above property. I asked him to remove that property from the list, as its too large for my budget. Don't walk, run to this real estate group! This review is long overdue, but something I knew needed to be done because they deserve it. Prior to selling my home in Oct 2021 with Isila, I originally spoke to the realtor (Remax) whom I worked with on purchasing the home. After sitting down and talking I was extremely disappointed and weary of her telling me the home would probably only sell for $1,000 over of what I originally owed.
