This clinic is the worst. I have done everything right, never failing a drug screen, I have worked so hard for 6 yrs, only to have all of my take home privledges taken away due to their faulty bottles' stickers not sticking. There was no warning, no conversation, and less than zero respect given. It is known they have been screwing people over for decades, and now it was my turn. This clinic needs to be shut down, or investigated into for several reasons
