We rented our previous home from Metes & Bounds and absolutely LOVED this company & the home. Bill was always excellent, very kind, and almost immediate attention to anything we ever needed! 100% BEST I'VE EVERRR RENTED FROM!
I have worked with David Barton (Metes and Bounds) since 2014. I also have other properties managed by another company. This year I moved those properties to Metes and Bounds. I love the seamless monthly report. Easy communication access when I have questions via email, text, or Zoom. Unlike the other place I was before, I do not have to worry about tracking what my realtor is doing. All is transparent. I strongly recommend this company.
Exceptional service from all involved with my home purchase. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure all my wife’s wish list were met as close as possible. I would definitely recommend Metes and Bounds to anyone looking to buy or rent a home.

I couldn’t ask for better people to rent from. They are all polite, prompt and respectful when I contacted them about a needed repair or if I have a question. I feel like the entire company is hands on. I’ve never been left to just figure it out on my own like I’ve experienced in the past when renting other houses. I would have to say that my experience has been a joy in all aspects with no headaches. Absolutely the best people to rent from. I will definitely use them when I’m ready to buy a house.
