David and Leila have done an amazing job helping us get into a rental in GA from NC. We rented a home site un seen and couldn’t be happier. I have worked with David Barton (Metes and Bounds) since 2014. I also have other properties managed by another company. This year I moved those properties to Metes and Bounds. I love the seamless monthly report. Easy communication access when I have questions via email, text, or Zoom. Unlike the other place I was before, I do not have to worry about tracking what my realtor is doing. All is transparent. I strongly recommend this company.
