Edit: Was finally able to talk to them on the phone this morning. I updated this review to 3 stars as a neutral rating. The lack of a viable way to get in touch with a utility provider over the weekend is unacceptible. They shut off the water with no warning emails and no way to contact them over the weekend. My payments are up to date, so there is no reason for this to have happened.

MeterNet obfuscates rate changes on behalf of other entities such as well owners or HOAs. In the most recent bill, our rates went up by almost 2x, the "multiplier" increased. There was no communication or warning of this significant increase until after the bill arrived. Their customer support team does not bring clarity as to why the rate changed, nor do they help connect customers to those who can answer these questions.
I recommend if you have a choice do not select Meternet for your water billing services. I received a letter in the mail stating that my meter’s modem needed to be replaced due to legacy 3g service. The letter did not state any charge or what the cost would be. I guess that might be my fault that I didn’t ask. The letter said the install would take 10-15 minutes and I can schedule it via a web link. The technician would be onsite between 8-4 and select a slot. Some time later I receive a bill in the mail.
