I recommend if you have a choice do not select Meternet for your water billing services. I received a letter in the mail stating that my meter’s modem needed to be replaced due to legacy 3g service. The letter did not state any charge or what the cost would be. I guess that might be my fault that I didn’t ask. I can’t speak to the quality of their work, but I will issue a warning to all those who happen to be driving anywhere near one of MeterNet’s vans: STEER CLEAR! As I was already backing into a parking space at night, having already signaled and reversed, a MeterNet van (License plate # 66541X3) sped up and occupied the spot: again, AS I WAS ALREADY BACKING INTO IT! My community just started using MeterNet. I had a question about my bill, and they were very helpful and made it very easy to understand.
The people answering phones at MeterNet have been great! I had a leak, and they were able to quickly help me track it down!!!
