They were super fast and professional. I am however upset with City of Peoria for not giving us notice. I called Peoria and they said no one should be touching our meter. This made me worried about who was in my yard, but when I called meter services, they let me know they are contracted with Peoria which I called Peoria back to confirm, which they did. All in all, glad they came out, and happy to see Meter services was professional at every turn, even taking my worried call with professionalism.
We had to install a backflow preventer at our community garden a few years ago. The City requires an annual inspection. Metering Serices has always come through with a timely response and an affordable inspection. We enjoy working with reputable companies like Metering Services.
I shop out alot in the industry I am, I always need multiple qoutes. but with backflows this is the one thing I know I will only use Metering Services. Their prices are always reasonable, they are good people, and they get the job quickly.
This team is amazing. I've used their services twice so far and have been very happy. They are friendly, knowledgeable and their work is really well done
