He has been the best landlord for the year and I just signed another year's lease. He promptly takes care of any situation that arises. He is very professional! He also manages the house in front of my cottage where the residents that moved and the new ones all agree.
I had an issue with how he was managing a property next to me, and here was his response: "Please be a good neighbor and stop complaining. It is not against the law and we do not have to live up to your expectations as to how the lawn is supposed to look. I live in the neighborhood, too, and there are neighbors who don’t mow as frequently as I do. I would never have the lack of manners to complain to them." Nice "management", right?
